Bharti Institute of Public Policy, Indian School of Business

The Bharti Institute of Public Policy was established through a partnership between Bharti Enterprises and the Indian School of Business, with the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University (USA) as its partner school. It is an independent think tank with the following objectives:

To promote high-quality research to guide policy formulation and implementation.

To offer both degree and short-term programs.

To enhance understanding, formulation, and implementation of public policies.

To engage with and inform policy formulation and implementation, particularly in a developing country context.

The institute launched the Management Programme in Public Policy (MPPP) in April 2015 to benefit mid-career professionals in both the public and private sectors. MPPP provides a rigorous and interdisciplinary conceptual learning experience for high-performing civil servants and private sector professionals. The institute also offers the ISB UNICEF Evaluation Programme.

Bharti Airtel Scholarship – In partnership with ISB, the Bharti Airtel Foundation supports select and deserving students with need-based scholarships for the newly launched two-year Post Graduate Program in Management for Young Leaders (PGP YL), with preference given to female students, effective from 2025.
