Quality Support Program

In 2013, Bharti Airtel Foundation launched the Quality Support Program (QSP) in collaboration with state governments, aiming to transform government schools into vibrant, holistic learning environments. The program nurtures students’ leadership, communication, collaboration, and life skills to support their overall development.

QSP follows a standardized yet adaptable implementation model that engages all stakeholders—students, teachers, parents, and administrators. Through co-scholastic interventions, it promotes the creation of self-sustaining institutions where communities, students, and educators collectively drive positive change.

Drawing inspiration from the proven practices of Satya Bharti Schools, the program adapts these methods to government school settings, with the goal of institutionalizing them within 3–5 years. Its whole-school approach emphasizes co-scholastic activities structured around four core program pillars, tailored to each school’s context and aligned with the school leader’s vision for transformation.

By embedding effective practices, fostering community engagement, and offering a flexible framework, the Quality Support Program aspires to transform government schools into dynamic centers of learning and development.
