On behalf of SSA Biswanath Block, Biswanath Assam, I would like to appreciate your esteemed organisation to organise different activities in School to develop and upgrade the quality of education. The District level Spell Wizard Competition which was held at Shikshak Bhawan, Biswananth, was a wonderful programme organised by Bharti Foundation. Such kind of activities which are being undertaken by the organisation immensely help the students and teachers in academic and other aspects.

Thanks to your team and your organisation for all such kind of programmes which are outcome based and focused on students’ overall development.

Bharti Foundation has been involved with supporting 24 schools in District North-west A. Bharti Foundation, through its Quality Support Program, has helped the schools with: Establishing clubs and houses as per GoE notification and initiating activities with various clubs to build upon leadership and various life skills among the students.

·Encouraging participation of students in external competitions and providing better exposure to students.

·Organizing various district level competitions like Spell Wizard and ERA Awards (Education Rockstar Awards) and giving a platform for both students and teachers to showcase their skills and innovation

·Conducting workshops and lecture series for students to prepare for studies/ Exams Skill, substance abuse, Good touch/Bad touch, Swacchta Abhiyan, and Career counselling

·Enrichment of schools with their innovative ideas related to beautification of infrastructure and interesting teaching learning aids to make school education more lively and interesting.

·Enrichment of Library, showcasing students’ achievement and school optics.

·Sharing reports and best practices to schools/district office.

· Supporting head of Schools and teachers to organize various events that schools are supposed to conduct as per the school calendar

I have personally visited Bharti Foundation supported schools and found a noticeable impact on their interventions. Their support has impacted in enhancing various skills among students. Students being involved in creating wonderful gallery walks, showcasing their efforts and activities in various club boards, thus bringing a sense of belongingness within the students.

Bharti Foundation is doing some commendable work for our students. Their objective of aligning to the existing government as well as directorate guidelines and supporting them instead of coming up with a parallel intervention is really appreciable.

I wish to thank the Bharti Foundation team for these efforts. Expecting them to come up with more such interventions in the new academic year and closely with District North West & team.

Bharti Foundation, through Educational Rockstar Achievers Award, has definitely created a platform for teachers, through which teachers with various subject expertise can present their views and opinions to the whole world. This also provides them an opportunity for learning from and teaching each other

The Bharti Foundation has conducted Student Empowerment Training Program, which has received exceedingly encouraging response from the participants. Hope for a long and fruitful association with Bharti Foundation and its support in bringing quality interventions in our state schools.

It is indeed an immense pleasure for me to appreciate Bharti Foundation for conducting innovative and creative activities for Students, Teachers, Parents and SMC at Mandals and School levels for improving the students holistically with the sustained approach of developing education not only in partner schools but also in all government schools in Mandals

While supporting students, Bharti Foundation has also left its mark in teachers’ engagement. It has organized TLM awards competition for teachers to encourage their creativity. At the same time Bharti Foundation has organized the Leadership Orientation programs to ignite the leadership qualities among HMs and teachers.

Spell Wizard competition was organized (by Bharti Foundation) for students, from school to district levels. This has given opportunity to students to demonstrate their skills in English language. We appreciate the work of Bharti Foundation

Satya Bharti Quality Support Program under the aegis of Bharti Foundation has been continuously focussing on holistic development of children since its operation in Pakur district. We aspire and hope the Foundation will spread its operations in more and more schools in the coming days.

I would like to appreciate Bharti Foundation for conducting different activities in Schools to develop and upgrade the quality of education. The workshops organised by Bharti Foundation for teachers at the district level have ensured improved motivation and capacity of the teachers. Such kinds of activities which are being undertaken by the organisation immensely help the students and teachers in academic and other aspects as well.

Life skills are used both in homes as well as offices daily. We learn and teach these skills during activities in schools but a focus on them was lacking. With this proj[1]ect, we intend to put a focus on developing life skills via both scholastic and Co-scho[1]lastic activities in and out of classrooms via activities.

The activities which are being shared with the support of Bharti Foundation lead to the development of various skills in students. It also focuses on the aspect of holistic development of students. We appreciate the support of Bharti Foundation in implementation of No Bag Day in the district.

Bharti Foundation work has been quite impactful in raising the standards of our schools.

Co-curricular activities are primarily conducted by the students taking on additional roles, with teachers providing guidance. This shift is a result of establishing different clubs and houses and involving them in organizing and participating in events and activities.
