Empowering young minds through STEM with MANASVI Mentorship

The MANASVI STEM Mentorship Program at IIT Delhi, supported by Bharti Airtel Foundation, recently concluded a transformative five-day immersion for 50 students, with a special focus on encouraging girl students in STEM.

Through mentorship, hands-on learning, and innovation challenges, students built confidence, leadership skills, and a deeper understanding of STEM career pathways. The journey continues with a second phase planned during the January winter break.

Growing from 25 girl students across seven schools last year to 50 girl students from 28 schools this year, the program reflects our shared commitment with IIT Delhi to create inclusive and aspirational STEM opportunities.
